Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipt, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized/custom products.
- Opened electronics (e.g., routers, smartwatches).
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings).
Return Process
- Request Authorization: Email momluvsjase@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship Back: Once approved, ship the item to the provided address (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error).
- Refund Issued: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (credit/debit/PayPal).
- Store credit may be offered for non-defective returns.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange.
Damaged/Defective Items
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll cover return shipping and replace/refund the item.
