Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipt, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized/custom products.
  • Opened electronics (e.g., routers, smartwatches).
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earrings).

Return Process

1. Request Authorization: Email momluvsjase@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship Back: Once approved, ship the item to the provided address (customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error).
3. Refund Issued: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Refund Methods

• Original payment method (credit/debit/PayPal).
• Store credit may be offered for non-defective returns.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange.

Damaged/Defective Items

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We’ll cover return shipping and replace/refund the item.
